Advanced Hydrophobic Nano-Impregnation water based varnish for Absorbent Substrates and Stabilizer for Sanded Grout Joints
NANOTEK-C is a transparent highly penetrating water-repellent nanomolecular impregnation based on silicone/siloxane. A water-borne product designed for total waterproofing of absorbent surfaces such as concrete, masonry, natural and artificial stone, grouts and other porous materials.
Thanks to its nanomolecular structure, it penetrates better than conventional impregnation products, reaching deep into the pores of cementitious materials, capillaries and micro-cracks while maintaining the surface’s original appearance. In cases of internal leakage or moisture, it allows water to escape only outwards in the form of water vapor from within walls or other structural elements into the environment. It provides long-term protection against friction and UV solar radiation, does not yellow over time and prevents the formation of stains, salt deposits, fungi and mold. It creates an invisible hydrophobic barrier that keeps surfaces clean and durable for an extended period making it ideal for exterior applications. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
